Who Should Attend?


Anyone who wishes to become an assessor for the National Recruit Assessment Centres.

Methods of delivery

This course is classroom based, including a range of individual and group exercises. Delegates will be required to demonstrate competence in assessing interactive and written exercises and competency based structured interviews, as well as interactive role plays.

Upon successful completion of this course delegates will be awarded the NPIA Recruit Assessor Course certificate of attendance. Delegates will then need to demonstrate competence in each of the components (role play, assessing interactive exercises, assessing written exercises and interviewing) for one session at a live recruit assessment centre, before achieving qualification in that component.
