The NPIA is an Investor in People organisation, we believe that our employees are our best asset and that our professional standards and technical expertise are the source of our future success. We are committed to: Staff and managers share responsibility for the development process and are assisted by Human Resource Business Partners and the Organisation Development Team. The NPIA encourages staff to belong to a professional body relevant to their area of expertise and to take advantage of the CPD opportunities this membership provides. One membership subscription per annum will be funded. In support of individuals gaining additional professional qualifications the NPIA has an educational funding programme that details the level of funding that may be available along with the qualification criteria.
