Learning and development is provided in a wide range of methods including - on the job, formal study, e-learning and work shadowing to name a few.  Our training provision will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills.

Staff and managers share responsibility for the development process and are assisted by Human Resource Business Partners and the Organisation Development Team.

The NPIA encourages staff to belong to a professional body relevant to their area of expertise and to take advantage of the CPD opportunities this membership provides.   One membership subscription per annum will be funded. 

In support of individuals gaining additional professional qualifications the NPIA has an educational funding programme that details the level of funding that may be available along with the qualification criteria.
