Methods of delivery

Primarily classroom based,with individual and group exercises supported by trainer led sessions.  On successful completion of this course delegates will be awarded the NPIA CBSI Course certificate.

Cost to HO Forces

£4800 per course or £400 per delegate (must run with 12 delegates)

Cost to non HO Forces

£6000 per course or £500 per delegate (must run with 12 delegates)

Aims


To provide course delegates with the knowledge, understanding and skills associated with objective and fair assessment of others, using competency based structured interviews.

  • Describe the stages of the PEACE model of interviewing as a framework for conducting interviews
