The CIPD Police Forum is celebrating 10 years of supporting HR people working in the police service. Conference 2010 will help you prepare as we move into the next decade, which is likely to be more demanding than ever.
Overview
HR capacity and capability will be critical, as forces seek to improve the delivery of services through the workforce.
To support this improvement, ACPO, the Home Office and the APA have developed a new Productivity Framework. It details how the workforce should be led, organised and developed to achieve maximum productivity and will be launched later this month.
The Framework will provide a focus for the conference, as we examine opportunities to improve effectiveness and consider the implications for HR professionals. This conference is supported by the NPIA.
How much does it cost to attend?

How many delegates per force/organisation can attend?
There is no limit on how many delegates per force may attend.
How do I book a place?
Places can be booked by completing the Registration form (available via dowload from this page) and returning to events@npia.pnn.police.uk
Please note that there are two registration forms. Please fill out the appropriate registration form for your application. To get the reduced booking rates for the 2nd, 3rd and additional delegates, forces/organisations must book together on one form.
