Overview
Developed for leaders within the Police Service who have previously attended the Foundation for Senior Leadership course, this conference aims to provide an insight into the issues that affect us as we compete to operate in a complex and financially challenging environment.
It will also be an opportunity to network with colleagues facing similar challenges, and will provide a forum for key note speakers on leadership issues, such as ethics and the politics affecting the furture of the police service.
