A one day conference to explore the potential for forces and authorities to apply a variety of business improvement processes to realise efficiencies, increase public satisfaction and to hear about experiences to date.

Overview

The event will include an opportunity to consider how business process improvement programmes have been applied within Forces. It is aimed at senior representatives from Forces and Police Authorities, ACPO teams, Chairs, lead members and Chief Executives. It will also be supported by representatives from government departments.
