Who Should Attend?


Staff who are required to undertake the updating of the offence processing elements of the Names application. Trainers who wish to train the subject.

Enables staff to develop skills in updating the PNC Names database in relation to arrest / summons reports, remands and associated nominal information; and to identify the reasons for key wording; and to explain the back record conversion process.
