NPIA supports the implementation of the National Intelligence Model (NIM). We provide training courses and events to help delegates understand the philosophies that underpin intelligence-led policing.

Intelligence Skills learning and Development Update

The NPIA is currently conducting a review into the provision of Intelligence training across all forces, with particular emphasis on training for Intelligence Managers.  A survey was recently e-mailed to all force Intelligence Managers for completion requesting information on the training they have received whilst in their role as an Intelligence Manager.

If you did not receive a survey and would like one please e-mail us to request a copy, or if you have not yet returned your completed form please do so as soon as possible, your opinions really are vital.

Following on from this NPIA will be holding a number of Focus Groups in the next few months in relation to Intelligence Training.  If you are an Intelligence Manager and would be interested in taking part, please contact us for further information.
